Draft for approval
This draft explains how Nexza should handle account details, delivery information, order records, local shopping preferences, and payment hand-off data. It must be reviewed and approved by the Nexza operator and legal counsel before production launch.
We use information needed to authenticate customers, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and maintain security records. Paystack receives only the payment information required for an authorized checkout; Nexza does not store card numbers.
Guest carts, wishlist choices, and recently viewed items can remain on this device. Optional analytics are not loaded without consent. You can change that choice through the privacy settings available in the store.
Retention periods, access requests, deletion exceptions, and the final support contact must be completed in the approved notice before launch.
